First, let me say right now that I'm by no means a beard connoisseur ("beard-oisseur"?), I'm new to the beard space as I lost a bet and am forced to grow one. Enough about me, onto the product.
So let's start with the obvious: the scent. Looking at other products/scents, I didn't want to get too out there with anything off the wall, so this was just a simple mix that I certainly don't mind having right under my nose. My girlfriend quite enjoys it too, so that helps.
Next, the oil itself. I have pretty oily skin naturally, so I was a bit concerned with breakouts and the like, and after just a few days of use, nothing at all. You can definitely tell that the oil is there, but with just a few drops it's not uncomfortable by any means. And the itchiness of the beard...oh that horrible itch...gone. The hair feels much softer, and this might just be me, but less "matted", almost as if it's uncoiled itself? I don't know, again, I'm new here.
Long story short: I'm a noob, my beard itched, this stuff is great, and I don't smell like a lumberjack saloon.
